About This Project
The Redundancy Recovery Hub is a membership based help and support resource for those who have recently been made redundant. Created by career and business psychologist Paula Gardner, the hub is aimed at employers as support resource to include as part of their redundancy package for employees.
To cut down on administration from an employee perspective, memberships can be purchased in bulk and a unique code is sent to the employer to distribute to their staff, who can then register with their own username and password. Codes are automated and set to be used a specific amount of times, for example 100 times for 100 employees.
The membership based site has two sides – one for the public and the other more resource and support based side for members only which can be viewed after logging in.
The site has online payments, meeting booking and member registration fully integrated.
